Beer Description
TINY stands for This Is New York, the first of our 100% NY State ingredient brews. It also refers to the scale of the brewery we’re testing these ingredients out on. For this brew we kept it simple with 100% 1886 Pilsner Malt and just a touch of Cherry Lane Centennial and Chimney Bluff Zeus. Ultra light, at 113 calories, a delicate malt and hop presence this is that rare winter crusher.
Note for the yeast nerds out there this was brewed using Bootleg Biology’s OSLO and was finished clean in just 10 days.
