The Hops added to the kettle are Chinook, Liberty, Willamette, and Tettnag with Fuggles used in the steep for aromatics. The use of imported Crystal, Carastan, Roast, and Chocolate malts as well as domestic Two-Row malt creates a complex and bold profile
