Beer Description
Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA with Huell Melon, Loral and Zythos hops.
To maximize a soft and full mouthfeel for this DIPA, we started with a strong base of Pilsner malt and a ton of flaked wheat and Oats to really put it all in motion. We then whirl pooled with 100% German Huell Melon hops and sent this beauty off to ferment with a new highly expressive yeast strain.
With Our Double Dry Hopping technique, we pressed the gas with huge amounts of fresh Huell Melon, Zythos and Loral hops to bring out extreme bold and fruit forward flavors. We find this DIPA to have balanced bitterness, creamy texture and exude flavors and aromas of Green Strawberry, Ripe Cantaloupe, juicy watermelon candy and pine needles.
