Beer Description
Galaxy and Citra hops team up to create a laser beam of orange and pineapple juice like a hurricane cocktail on ice. Finish is soaked in notes of dried apricots, white gummy bears, orange marmalade, and tangerine juice.
In a time when the incredibly average are described as “epic” and just being hazy earns you the moniker “juicy;” we needed to bring back meaning to those words and brew up an above average juicy Double IPA… ….cause we love the juice and hate the word epic. Neonic has a glow about it like few of our beers have a deep orange luster that preps the eyes for the ‘straight from the carton’ nature of this beam of hoppiness. Galaxy and Citra hops team up to create a laser beam of orange and pineapple juice like a hurricane cocktail on ice. A little bit of malt sweetness from its Maris Otter base malt candies the flavor profile of this massively dry-hopped beer to give it a finish soaked in notes of dried apricots, white gummy bears, orange marmalade, and tangerine juice. We won’t say it’s epic, but we will say it is in the realm of juicy on the Double IPA spectrum.
