Beer Description
This is our New Oak Racer 5 IPA. Back in February 2013, we filled a lightly toasted American oak barrel fresh from the cooperage with a fresh batch of Racer 5 IPA. Aged for 6 months amongst our wild ales, our flagship ale picked up massive amounts of coconut, graham cracker, and a hint of our house funk. Blended out to a ratio of 1/3 barrel aged and 2/3 fresh Racer 5 for a hoppy finish, accented by an out of this world oakiness.
