Beer Description
Brewed with a wheat heavy grist, we fermented this beer with a yeast strain formerly classified as Brett, bringing forth some fruitiness, spice and funk. We then gently dry hopped it with a combo of Wai-ti+Loral hops before further conditioning on lemon zest and juice. A burst of citrus fruit and lemon sorbet, finish with a touch of delicate tartness, and subtle wheat.
