Lack of Clarity is the latest iteration in our quest to coax synergistic flavors from new world hops and expressive yeast strains. Lack of Clarity opens with a bombastic waft of passionfruit and Cara Cara orange, derived in part from equal portions of Strata and Galaxy in the dry hop, and a blend of three distinct Norwegian Kveik yeast strains, and finishes with a pleasing notion of overripe mango.
