Crooked Stave Hop Savant (Galaxy)

100% pale ale fermented in oak foeders with Galaxy hops.Tap at the barrel cellar – originally entered an update to my rating of the first batch, but as this does not appear to be aliased, I will now enter here – has all the lovely, musky and tropical Brett character of the original, but much spicier, snappier, and quite a bit drier, which is kind of what I was hoping from the original in the first place – crisp, with potent but manageable bitterness complimented well by a dry malt base and a tropical brett punch – super tasty.
