Beer Description
In the end six different varieties were added to this hopped out IPA: Amarillo, Citra, El Dorado, Galaxy, Mosaic, & Simcoe.
Sstainless 002 is the second release in our rotating IPA series! With this series we truly hope to push the limits of our brewhouse and our own processes. With this batch we really wanted to experiment with timing and amounts in regards to our hop additions. The brew day consisted of an aggressive kettle charge followed by a massive whirlpool addition. Once in the fermenter we altered our dry hopping technique in several ways. In the end six different varieties were added to this hopped out IPA: Amarillo, Citra, El Dorado, Galaxy, Mosaic, & Simcoe.
