Beer Description
A 100% organic and Session IPA. Palisade, Cascade, and Centennial hops produce a spicy bitterness with herbal/floral aromas of rose, perfume, and potpourri. Meridian hops are added to the cask to provide a fruity aftertaste. Cask conditioning allows for a greater degree of flavor and freshness, resulting from a living beer maturing in the cask from which itβs poured.
