Beer Description
The Braggot, a mead-ale hybrid dating back to the Middle Ages, hence forth known as Pioneer Po-Cha-Na-Quar-Hip, will be released in one more week. It clocks in at a hefty 10% ABV. We brewed it in collaboration with the local Magnolia Meadery, Enchanted Manor, who supplies mead the Texas Renaissance Festival every year. Our Braggot uses American two row malt, a sprinkle of honey malt, and 1,200 lbs of raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized Texas wildflower honey sourced from Montgomery and Brazoria Counties; and of course whole cone American hops
