Belgian ale aged on oak chips with coconut and peaches.Bottle shared much thanks to Ed. Pours a moderate to darker golden color with a small off white head. Aroma is of sweet malts, fruity pineapple, coconut, yeast. Taste is of light fruity sweetness, sugary coconut, some yeasty notes, mild alcohol. Unique.
