It’s not every day that a coffee farmer walks into the taproom. When we met the people of ReySol and heard their story, not only did we want to work with them but we knew we had to do it right. They offered us 100% Colombiano Supremo beans from their farm in the mountains of Balboa Risaralda, Colombia, and roasted to perfection by their own master roaster. We chose to pair that special coffee with a Munich Dunkel-style lager to which we added a slight hint of lactose and a kiss of blended Madagascar and Tahitian vanillas. The result is Dunkel Donut: a playful name that belies a very serious beer.
