Beer Description
The second release in our Hg series, Hg No.2 is a 100% whirlpool, zero boil hopped DIPA with both West Coast and East Coast characteristics. Fantastic notes of spice, overripe fruit, orange, a touch of grapefruit, and a super soft mouthfeel. All finished with a moderate carb in order to accentuate the flavor profile rather than mask it
