In France, the blending of blackcurrant (cassis) with dry wine or cider as an aperitif is a popular tradition. Our Cider Kir draws on this heritage. Blackcurrants from a neighbouring farm are pressed in the cidery and the intense juice is sweetened before blending with our dry cider.
