Beer Description
Brewed with Chinook, Centennial & Cascade hops. It’s got enough boil hops to give it an old school bitterness, but we used a generous helping of oats & wheat coupled with a NEIPA yeast to give it the mouthfeel & haze that drives ‘em crazy.
This 100% NYS DIPA is brewed with Chinook, Centennial & Cascade hops from Chimney Bluffs Hoppery. It’s got enough boil hops to give it an old school bitterness, but we used a generous helping of oats & wheat coupled with a NEIPA yeast to give it the mouthfeel & haze that drives ‘em crazy.
