Beer Description
Head High batch 2,000 was brewed with the same pilsner base malt as all the batches but we added a bunch of rye and wheat to the malt bill. On the hot side we swapped out the usual hops for Galaxy in the kettle and whirlpool and then added Galaxy to our regular dry hop schedule. For those who drink Head High, batch 2,000 will be familiar with slightly more citrus, tropical and stone fruit flavors and aromas.
