Beer Description
Our Paradigm series is based on exploration of process and recipe techniques at Skygazer and we’re happy to present Paradigm 5! For this experimentation we took a heavily Amarillo and Mosaic dry hopped hazy and hit it with a touch of Apricot and Peach.? We were delighted with the outcome of P4’s subtle fruit addition and wanted to explore a double fruit combo for P5. On the taste we get tropical fruit, notes of nectarine, smooth peach and ripe apricot tones. The body drinks full and luscious but each taste ends with sweet lingering fruit coating and a refreshing hop hit.
