Beer Description
Brewed with ample oats, wheat and lactose and fermented with a world famous NEIPA yeast. We used old school Chinook and Centennial Hops and the new kids Cashmere.
Retro Future Hazy IPA is a 100% NY ingredient hazy IPA. Brewed with ample Oats, Wheat and Lactose and fermented with a world famous NEIPA yeast. We used old school Chinook and Centennial Hops and the new kids Cashmere all from our friends at Chimney Bluffs Hoppery in Wolcott, NY. We dry hopped it with over 3lbs per barrel for an explosion of hop character! Stone fruit, citrus and Piney flavors linger in a long finish.
