Beer Description
Dry, golden plum, touch of oak.
Our Brass Ring cider is from the 2018 harvest. We aged it in French oak for 9 months, racked and aged on pitted Methley and Shiro plums. The cider is aged on the fruit for 3 weeks before being transferred off and filtered.
6.1% ABV, Gluten-Free, 750ml bottle.
