Beer Description
The Paloma, messing dove, is a tequila-based drink made with grapefruit and lime. It’s traditionally served with a salted rim, so we brew a slightly tart ale that’s finished with salt. Agave nectar is added along with grapefruit and lime juices For notes reminiscent of the classic cocktail. The beer is then aged inside Reposado Tequila barrels to impart smoky, herbal sweetness and charred oak character. Serve at 38 degrees in tulip or rocks glass.
