This beer displays notes of pineapple, honeydew melon, white peach, and citrus zest, with a funky, refreshing finish.
Saison fermented in foudre and finished in wine barrels with our house saison yeast and various strains of Brettanomyces. Heavily dry hopped with Azzaca, Citra, and Amarillo. This beer displays notes of pineapple, honeydew melon, white peach, and citrus zest, with a funky, refreshing finish.
