Beer Description
Mango Of The Sea is a mango lassi inspired, heavily-fruited, Milkshake style Gose. We brewed this one with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Cardamom, and a lot of Lactose (to balance the acidity) before conditioning it on Coconut, Vanilla Beans, and an excessive amount of Mango Purée.
Notes of mango smoothie, lemon balm, and grapefruit peel with subtle notes of coconut and salted vanilla milkshake.
