Beer Description
An old school Pale Ale using 100% NY ingredients. Think a classic West Coast Pale if it was brewed with Cascade, Nugget and Chinook hops from New York State.
In order to raise awareness for the invasive species the Spotted lantern Fly and its devastating impact on the farming community we brewed this beer. We collaborated with Chimney Bluffs Hoppery and New York Craft Malt designing an old school Pale Ale using 100% NY ingredients. Think a classic West Coast Pale if it was brewed with Cascade, Nugget and Chinook hops from New York State. A portion of our proceeds will to go to New York State Integrated Pest Management Center at Cornell University in support of their research.
