Dry-hopped w Galaxy, Ella, & Enigma + Lemon Myrtle
This unconventional IPA was brewed with zero hops on brew day. Yep! That’s right. No hops in the kettle or whirlpool. Not to fear, bright aromas of dried mango, lime and honeydew come from the absurdly massive dry-hop additions added post-fermentation.
