Beer Description
We brewed up a big barleywine to ring in the end of winter in North Carolina. We made a beautifully sweet barleywine then dropped in 4 ft. oak spirals at the end of fermentation to add another layer of complexity. Keeping the hop bitterness restrained
really allowed grain bill and the oak shine.
