Beer Description
Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. The names are sequential, reflecting the brewing year in Trillium’s lifespan, followed by a recipe indicator.
For the first Permutation release in our seventh year, we present a beer that accentuates everything we’ve come to love about densely hoppy, yet soft and drinkable Double IPAs. Dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra, Permutation 7.01 offers an attention-grabbing sensory experience from the first sip to empty glass. Presenting a glowing apricot-orange color, aromas of ripe papaya, lychee, and mandarin orange awake the palate. Secondary notes of mango nectar and peach gummies emerge as the glass warms slightly. Medium-bodied, with a creamy finish, Permutation 7.01 is a potent start to another year of exploratory brewing
