Beer Description
This is a traditional German-style Helles. “Helle” in German means “light-colored.” Brewed with 2row and Munich malts, it has more malt character and less hop bitterness than our German pilsner, but it is balanced by the hop flavor of the GR Spalt hops. Brewed eight weeks ago, the extended lagering period (cold storage) lends to a clean, refreshing summer beer.
