Beer Description
This dessert stout brewed with our Long Island representers @rootandbranchbrewing is chock full of coconut and marshmallow. Pours obsidian in color with mocha foam. Aromas of chocolate brownie and coconut on the nose. Rich fudgey chocolate, creme brulee on the palate plus more sweet coconut flavor, soft, full mouthfeel, hint of coffee and dark chocolate in the finish. Brewed with English pale ale malt, dark brown sugar and loads of Fluff. Aged on mounds and mounds of coconut post fermentation.
