Sour Hour is our fruited Kettle Sour Series! Batch 347 features Blueberry, Marshmallow, Vanilla, and touch of lactose. Kettle soured with Lactobacillius and a fruit addition post fermentation. The fruit imparted a deep purple color to this tart sessionable sour ale.
