Beer Description
Our 2020 collaboration with the renowned Willows Inn and Restaurant on Lummi Island. Straw colored, completely unfiltered and lively. Carefully brewed with a stripped-down grist of crackery pilsner malt, malted white wheat, and unmalted white wheat from Lummi’s Loganita Farm. It’s refreshingly dry with notes of lemon rind, grass, crunchy peach. Something that pairs with anything is a chef’s most congenial ally—this is that type of beer.
