Beer Description
This Single Malt & Single Hopped (SMaSH) beer is a well balanced and delicious Hazy Pale Ale!
Mosaic hops are front and center delivering a refreshing bouquet of tropical, blueberry, tangerine, floral, and earthy aromas. Higher
fermentation temp (72°F) of the juicy yeast strain promotes production of fruit-flavored esters to
complement Mosaic’s fruity aromas. A single 2-row barley base malt contributes a clean malty character and light straw color. The water
profile contains a 2-1 chloride to sulfate ratio to accentuate the malt aroma. Certified organic citric acid is added to balance pH and boost the fruity/ester perceptions. All ingredients are Certified Organic and from sustainable sources.
