Beer Description
Canned Vacation is our little tribute to all those vacations that got the can this past month—but it’s also its own vacation in a can—a trip to Austria and Italy while staying a home.
While this style originated in Vienna, Austria we’re giving it a bit of an contemporary Italian flair, taking a cue from Italian-Style Pilsner which is a burgeoning subcategory of pilsner inspired by Birrificio Italiano’s Tipo Pils—relying on heavy late hop additions of noble and noble-esque hops.
