Beer Description
Made with almost 60% oats to give it a big silky-smooth mouthfeel. For yeast we used Kveik Hothead yeast. This ancient Norwegian yeast strain ferments at temperatures as high as 100 degrees. The unique fermentation temps create flavors of overripe mango and honey. Then we aggressively double dry hopped it with a combination of Galaxy, Citra, and Trident. Smooth double IPA with big notes of mango, citrus, tropical fruit, passionfruit, honey and grapefruit.
