A signature, juicy, Imperial NEIPA showcasing for one of our favorite hop varietals, Mosaic.
This extremely versatile and complex hop lends a “mosaic” of different aromas and flavors from all across the spectrum, including mixed berries, mango, orange, roses, tropical fruits, stone fruits, and pine.
The mouthfeel is super mellow and soft and the bitterness is restrained to accentuate the fruity hop flavors.
