Beer Description
We’ve cycled through so many IPAs this past year, featuring dozens of different hop varietals. Sometimes we forget about some of the lesser-known-lesser-used hops in the world. It would be a shame to miss an opportunity to use a special hop like Australian Vic Secret. Bursting with notes of passionfruit and pineapple, this hazy is rounded out by Citra & Mosaic, adding notes of berries and citrus and a clean, pleasant finish.
