Beer Description
A beer that’s stunningly bright, both visually and on the nose & palate; it exudes a radiance that epitomizes everything we love about West Coast IPA. Through fermentation we coaxed a neutral yeast strain to biotransform hop oils from several mid fermentation dry hopping schedules into a divinely fruity wallop of aroma and flavor. Strawberry, cherry, pineapple and peach candy intertwine with an oily impression on the tastebuds with moderate bitterness, and a medium bodied texture. A very hidden alcohol makes this dangerously drinkable.
