Farmhouse Ale with Brett, 5.9%ABV. Jannemie is a Saison brewed using American and European malts
and hops, a distinctive strain of farmhouse yeast, and finished with Brettanomyces. Primary
fermentation took place in one of our unique open-top fermenters which are perfectly designed for
brewing yeast forward styles like Saison. This beer is spicy, fruity, and floral with a lingering dry
finish. Jannemie is refermented in the bottle and keg creating its fine carbonation.
