Beer Description
We had to bring back Beast quickly, this time we loaded it with Mosaic Pellets, Mosaic Cryo, and Galaxy hops. Fermented with a VT ale yeast, the aroma on this beer absolutely sings, touching on super dank, umami mosaic aromas smattered with the powerful fruit aromas of galaxy. Juicy and fruit forward but ridiculously crushable with a crispy little finish.
