Beer Description
Batting third is Kirby Pucker, our rotation of brews that undergo a second fermentation with lactobacillus. Influenced by Mexican tepache, we added loads of pineapple, brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves to our house sour recipe before maturing the beer on mezcal oak. Pucker up! After all, Lake Street is for lovers.
