We had hundreds of pounds of freshly harvested Mosaic hops flown down and added directly into our newest Fresh Hop IPA.
The advent of Fall ushers in a special time for brewing, and this year’s harvest has brought a bounty of Fresh Hops from Yakima, WA to Redlands, CA. This year, we had hundreds of pounds of freshly harvested Mosaic hops flown down and added directly into our newest Fresh Hop IPA. The beer also boasts several new and experimental hop varieties, all designed to deliver a decidedly fruity IPA with ample bitterness and an intense hop aroma only achievable using fresh hops at harvest. Celebrate the change of seasons in proper fashion!
