Beer Description
Yeah, this is a funny name for a beer – but if you knew the story behind it, you would understand why we had to dedicate this beer to Mike and his elusive Camaro. This is a true California common ale A.K.A. steam beer. This unique brew uses a bottom fermenting lager yeast yet it ferments at ale temperatures. This light colored amber ale is smooth and malty with a nice hop presence to round out the fruity flavors given off from the fermentation process.
