Beer Description
The Bramble Bubbly, was the fizziest of the lot. They infuse local blackberries which gives the cider an orange-reddish colour.
They accomplish a subtle infusion, as the cider is a tinge sweeter and the flavours tend more to cranberry with high, fresh acidity and a slight ginger spice that lingers on the finish.
