Beer Description
We have chosen Fleur de Sel, a French sea salt from the shores of Brittany, France. We then added a generous amount of Key Limes for an extra tart and refreshing finish.
Gose, a traditional German beer style originated on the Gose river, traditionally flaunts the additions of citrus forward coriander, a subtle hint of salt, and is soured with lactobacillus. In our case, we have chosen Fleur de Sel, a French sea salt from the shores of Brittany, France. We then added a generous amount of Key Limes for an extra tart and refreshing finish.
