Beer Description
Double IPA starts with a pretty classic combination of malted white wheat and flaked oats on top a base of 2-row and Pilsner malt, hopped late in kettle with mostly Strata and a smaller portion of Simcoe. After fermentation, Perpetual Motion has been dry-hopped first with Strata and Mosaic and secondly with more Strata and Mosaic Cryo from Yakima Chief.
