Beer Description
Saison inspired beer fermented with Belgian yeast, brettanomyces, and pureed raspberries.
We fermented this saison inspired beer with a blend of uniquely Belgian inspired yeast including brettanomyces. Then, we added 1,260 pounds of pureed raspberries (that’s over 6 ounces of raspberry in every bottle!) and finally, we waited. We aged this beer through two seasons while the yeast, Brett, and raspberry worked their magic. Enjoy now or store in a cool, dark place for continued development.
