Talk Soft whispers its story. It implores you to lean in so you can experience its interplay of wheat with honey sourced from rooftops throughout Chicago by our friends at The Hive Supply. Listen close for notes of tangerine, lemongrass, jackfruit, white pepper, cotton candy, and cardamom. This version was bottle conditioned with a blend of brettanomyces and will develop flavors of cherry pie, leather, pipe tobacco, and grilled pineapple as it ages.
