Our interpretation of the Gimlet cocktail. This goes is aged on 15 lbs of St. Augustine Gin soaked oak chips, 60 freshly-squeezed and zested limes, and a touch of sea salt. It has hints of juniper gin, fresh lime, and oak. A PERFECT summer sour!
