Beer Description

WELL, we got our hands on some of these amazing varietals (Southern Passion and Southern Tropic, to be precise) and were thrilled to obtain enough to run a 40 barrel batch; then we thought: “what if we just cut production in half and double the hop load?” So we did!

This hop fortress of a Double IPA comes in at 8% ABV and boasts intense aromas of passion fruit, guava, and tangerine with a robust mouth feel that all finishes with a healthy herbaceous hop bite. Take note hop heads, this one’s for you!
