Beer Description
Imperial Sour Blonde Ale with Pineapple, Mango, and Guava! We brewed this in collaboration with Sandbox Brewing Company in Los Angeles for their 2nd Anniversary, and it is something special! We started with kettle souring a unique base of malted two row, wheat, and oats, fermented it out with our hazy yeast blend, and hit it with an absurd amount of pineapple, mango, and guava – nearly 1/4 of the final beer will be fruit!
